  I need to go to Caremount lab area today. Always crowded/horrible.need bigger wait room & more.Caremount:Awful I was extremely sick nauseated in bed for months.I desperately needed to see Gastro Dr. ,we phoned for any cancellation many times. Promised call back /never came! Went to urgent care day after very sick night before.Dr was decent,I described one off(Thank God) awful event night before.-found myself in bed telling myself ‘I was not going to die’Over & over& I am not like this,was very serious thing happened-kidney stone or such. Sadly went into my chart ,told to take Zantac too!!BUT IN NO WAY DID THIS VISIT expedite seeing gastro Dr. unbelievable!!i was so sick I was unable to take charge& find another Dr different group! Valhalla!?!?My boyfriend not medically savvy ,did not work as my advocate.
  I cured myself temporarily: oatmeal bananas ginger ale but no Dr still.guess ER visit might have got me something?Finally December I see Dr. was still ‘cured’:my own actions/research.
  Dr Lee great.next day endoscopy. Hernias! Ordered follow up test.did not happen till I returned-so sick in new AZ home could not get out of bed much.Returned mid April,test showed operation needed.they let me suffer months,contact in gastro lied, never any call back/getting me in sooner!any Dr but the one seen year before:dismissed my record of reflux years,my heart rate was somewhat elevated. Medication & wait so long we were going to be late meeting friends dinner.He turned his back on me! Saying nothing:away after telling me to see Cardio!super angry still.
  I met with patient ‘advocate’ Doreen Semel& spoke of getting help see gastro & need GP.
  She heard it all but did frigging ZERO!!!!!!!!!she should be fired!! Immediately.had follow up call/s, zero of promises help ! A disgrace!
  The GP I wanted to leave => who having given me a physical short while before,seeing me month max later asked”who is your GP?” I said YOU!!!!OMG BAD!clearly never checked chart before walking into room,or once there! BAD BAD! More stories. Some good. But had to get this out there.
